What is the difference between IPTV and cable TV?
Cable television arrives on a physical line run into the building, and the channel list is whatever the operator packages. IPTV carries the same broadcast over the internet connection you already have: no extra cabling, no dish, no engineer visit — setup ends when the app is installed. The channel count is independent too: ours holds 17.700+ channels and 70.000+ films and episodes in one list.
What should I check before buying an IPTV subscription?
Four things: does it offer a trial, is the server close to your region, how many devices can stream at once, and is there a real person on the support line. Always run the trial between 8pm and 11pm — a stream that holds up in that window tells you far more than one that works at midday.
How long does IPTV setup take?
Two minutes if the app is already installed: enter the server address, username and password, and the list downloads. If the app still has to be installed, the whole thing averages 5 minutes. We can walk through it with you on WhatsApp — describing what is on your screen is enough.
What do I receive after subscribing?
Three items: the server address (portal URL), a username and a password. Depending on your device we can send a single-line m3u link instead. Alongside them comes the name of the right app for your device and the order of the setup steps. There is nothing else to download.
Does the trial account continue after it ends?
The trial account closes when the time is up, and you receive fresh details when you move to a subscription. You do not have to reinstall the app: changing the playlist details on the same screen is enough. The trial runs 6 hours, or 1 hour during match windows.
What is the server address (portal URL) and where do I get it?
The server address is where the app pulls the channel list from: a single line starting with http and usually ending in a port number. We send it with your account details over WhatsApp. When typing it by hand, do not drop the port number or the trailing slash — most connection errors start there.
The app says the username or password is incorrect. What now?
Check capitalisation first: credentials are case sensitive and TV keyboards capitalise the first letter on their own. The second common cause is a space picked up while copying, the third a missing port in the server address. If it is none of those, the account may have expired — message the WhatsApp line and we will check.
The channel list comes up empty. Why?
Usually the list did download but the groups are hidden: open the app's group selection screen and tick them all. The second possibility is a half-finished download — close the app completely, reopen it and refresh the playlist. On MAG boxes the cause is different: an unregistered MAC address returns an empty portal.
Is TiviMate free, and is the free version enough?
The free version handles one playlist, the channel list and the programme guide, which is where most people stop. Premium adds multiple playlists, recording, syncing your channel order across devices and a parental lock. It has nothing to do with your subscription: premium is the app's own fee.
Which app should I install on Samsung and LG TVs?
Install IPTV Smarters Pro or Televizo through Smart Hub on Samsung and Content Store on LG; both support Xtream login. If the app does not appear in the store, the TV's firmware is too old — a small Android box on the HDMI port is then the shortest route.
How do I install an app on a Fire TV Stick?
Fire TV has no Google Play. Allow unknown sources under Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options, install Downloader from the Amazon store, and pull the app's installer through it. It is a one-off job; afterwards the app sits on the home screen like any other.
Can I reorder the channels myself?
Yes — the order lives in the app, not on the server. In TiviMate, Settings > Playlists > Channels lets you hide groups, drag channels into the order you want and build a favourites list. Smarters and Televizo do the same job through favourites.
Will it work on a Smart TV from before 2015?
Usually not: app stores on sets that age have closed or no longer accept current apps. You do not need a new television — an Android TV box or Fire TV Stick on the HDMI port turns the TV into a screen and setup proceeds normally.
Which app is used on Apple TV?
App Store review rules narrow the choice; on Apple TV people generally use iPlayTV or Smarters Player Lite. Both accept Xtream and m3u. Connect the Apple TV with an Ethernet adapter if you can: its Wi-Fi is good, but the cable difference shows during a match.
Why does a MAG box ask for a MAC address instead of a username?
MAG devices work on a portal model: authentication happens against the box's MAC address rather than a username. That ties the account to the device, so if you replace the MAG you have to send us the new MAC address. You will find it under Settings > System Information.
What do I need to watch on a computer?
VLC is the fastest route: paste the m3u link into Media > Open Network Stream. VLC has no programme guide, so if you want an EPG you need a desktop player such as IPTV Smarters or MyIPTV Player. If playback stutters, raise VLC's network caching from 1000 to 3000 ms.
Should I buy an Android box or a Fire TV Stick?
The Fire TV Stick is cheap and small, but apps go on through Downloader and storage is tight. An Android TV box costs a little more and gives you Google Play, more memory and smoother scrolling in TiviMate on long lists. A handful of channels runs fine on a Stick; holding all 17.700+ is where the box is comfortable.
How much mobile data does watching on a phone use?
Roughly 1.5 GB an hour in HD, 2-3 GB in Full HD and around 7 GB in 4K. A ninety-minute match in HD is about 3 GB, so a 20 GB allowance is gone in three matches. Dropping the app's quality setting halves the consumption.
How much cheaper is the yearly plan than monthly?
On the Turkish server, monthly is ₺250 and yearly ₺1,200 — that is ₺100 a month. On the European server, monthly is €10 and yearly €67.20, or €5.60 a month. Over a year the gap comes close to double, which is why most people try a month and then switch.
Can I get an invoice or receipt after paying?
With a bank transfer the confirmation stays in your own banking records and counts as proof of payment. If you need something further, ask on the WhatsApp line and we will send a record showing the subscription period and the amount.
Can I upgrade my plan before it expires?
Yes. Moving from one device to two, or extending the period, is calculated with your remaining time taken into account, and your channel list and settings stay as they are. If the account itself does not change, you do not have to touch anything in the app.
Do you have a refund policy?
The free trial exists precisely for this: before paying anything you test 6 hours on your own device and your own connection. If an outage on our side interrupts a paid subscription, the time is credited back. If you bought without trialling and changed your mind, write within the first 24 hours and we will sort it out.
How does paying with crypto work?
For payments from outside Turkey we accept crypto alongside bank transfer. We send the amount and the network over WhatsApp, and the account opens once the transfer confirms. We suggest low-fee networks, because the full amount needs to arrive.
Why are prices different for Turkey and Europe?
There are two separate servers and they do not cost the same to run: the European one uses more expensive bandwidth and sits on different infrastructure so that viewers abroad get low latency. The channel list is identical on both — the difference is in speed and stability, not content.
The stream keeps freezing even though my internet is fast. Why?
Stability matters more than headline speed. A 100 Mbit line that fluctuates second to second freezes more than a steady 20 Mbit one. Connect the TV by cable first, then raise the app's buffer setting. Those two fix most cases; what is left we solve by moving the channel to a different source on the server.
I have sound but no picture. What should I do?
This is almost always the decoder setting: in the app's settings switch hardware decoding to software, or the other way round. In TiviMate it sits under Settings > Playback > Decoder. If it happens on one channel only, the source of that channel is the cause — send us the channel name.
Some channels will not open. Is the whole list broken?
No. Individual sources inside a list can drop temporarily; if the rest play, the problem is that channel rather than your setup. The same channel often has backup entries in the list — try the alternative version next to the name, and if there is none, send us the channel name.
The programme guide (EPG) is empty. How do I fix it?
First confirm the EPG source is switched on; some players ship with it off. If it is on, download the playlist again: EPG data is a separate file from the channel list and can arrive half finished. In TiviMate, Settings > EPG > Update now is usually enough.
The guide times are shifted. How do I correct them?
The cause is nearly always the time zone rather than missing data. Set the device clock to the correct zone, then reset the time shift value in the app's EPG section. Abroad, your device may be on local time while the guide is on Turkish time — that gap is exactly the shift you are seeing.
4K channels will not play. Is my device too weak?
Two possibilities. The first is bandwidth: 4K needs a steady 25 Mbit or more. The second is the decoder — older TV boxes cannot handle HEVC in hardware, so the picture stutters or never appears. If the Full HD version of the same channel plays cleanly, it is the second one.
Audio and video are out of sync. How do I fix it?
Players have an audio delay setting, adjustable in 100 ms steps from the menu while the stream runs. If it happens on every channel, change the decoder. With a soundbar or AV receiver the delay may come from that device rather than the TV; connecting the sound system over optical instead of HDMI eARC often settles it.
Freezing gets worse once a match starts. What can I do?
During a match both the server and your home network are at peak load. Ten minutes before kick-off, move the TV onto cable, stop downloads on other devices in the house and raise the buffer. If it continues, message us — we can move the channel to a different source for that window.
Connecting from Germany, should I pick the Turkish or the European server?
The European one. The Turkish server does open from abroad, but the packets travel further and the delay shows in the evening. The European server carries the full Turkish channel list, so you lose nothing in content — the route simply gets shorter.
Can I take my account with me on holiday?
Yes — the account belongs to you, not to a device. Enter the same details on your phone or tablet and watch wherever you are. The only limit is simultaneous connections: on a one-device plan, a second screen will not open while the TV at home is on.
Are local German or British channels included as well?
They are. The list carries channels from 150+ countries: national channels and sports packages from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and the United Kingdom come with the same subscription and sit in the same list as the Turkish ones.
Can a second device in another country watch at the same time?
On a two-device plan, yes; the two connections do not have to be in the same country. Family in Turkey and a household in Europe can watch simultaneously on one subscription. On a one-device plan, opening the second connection drops the first.
How do I pay from outside Turkey?
From Europe you can pay by bank transfer (SEPA) or in crypto. The amount is quoted in euros, so there is no exchange-rate surprise. Once the payment confirms, the account opens in about 5 minutes.
Does using IPTV carry a personal data risk?
We do not ask for ID, an address or card details to open an account; everything runs over WhatsApp. The one thing to watch on the device side is installer files from unknown sources — always install the app from an official store or the app's own site.
Who is responsible when it comes to broadcast rights?
Broadcast rights belong to the relevant channels and platform owners. UNITED PREMIUM is not a content producer; it provides an access service. Whether your use complies with the law where you live is your responsibility, and the rules differ from country to country.
Do I need a VPN for privacy while using IPTV?
Not as a rule. A VPN only helps if your provider is throttling streaming traffic; otherwise it adds latency and you feel that during a match. The rule is simple: if there is no problem, do not use one, and if there is, pick a server in the country nearest you.
Can my internet provider see that I use IPTV?
A provider can see which address traffic goes to and how much of it there is; on an encrypted connection it cannot see the content. Some providers slow heavy video traffic, which shows up as evening freezing. If you suspect that, try the same stream on mobile data — a clear difference points to throttling.
Do I need technical knowledge to become a reseller?
Opening a subscription in the panel is a matter of filling a few fields; no technical background is needed. The real work is walking a customer through setup on their device, and that is a handful of repeating steps. Where you get stuck, our support line is behind you.
How many credits does one subscription cost in the reseller panel?
A one-month subscription burns 5 credits on the Turkish server and 10 on the European one; a yearly Turkish subscription costs 28. A 300-credit pack is ₺3,400, so ₺11.33 per credit — the bigger the pack, the cheaper the credit.
Can I sell under my own brand as a reseller?
Yes. The details you send your customer go out through you, and you set the selling price. Subscriptions you open in the panel stay attached to you; we do not build a direct relationship with your customers.
Do I have to support my own customers?
First contact is yours: setup and basic settings questions are the reseller's job. When something is genuinely server-side you write to our line, open 7/24, and we fix it. In practice most questions are setup and app settings — the things you can answer yourself.
What is the minimum top-up to start reselling?
Opening a panel takes a minimum top-up of ₺4,000. The whole amount lands in your account as credits with no commission taken. Credits do not expire: unused credit is not lost, and you open subscriptions whenever you like.
